The Sisters of Charity Heritage Centre is located in Potts Point, near the site of the first hospital and school founded by the Sisters in Sydney.
Our website is an immersive multimedia experience for students of history and social justice, and for those seeking to learn more about what they can do to make the world a fairer place for all. Our vision
The Heritage Centre opened in June 2019 in Potts Point, Sydney. The Centre is not only a celebration of 185 years of the Sisters’ ministries, but also an exhortation to all Australians to embrace the fourth vow of the Sisters - service of the poor - as a personal mission which they too can follow in the course of their daily lives.
